Hearing Test

does anyone know where I can get some test files for how far I can hear e.g 16-20khz?.

Use should use ear-phones. I did some tests two years ago with less than perfect amp and speakers. Playing 20-25 kHz did give some strange noises. Some of them was from other things in the room vibrating.
