Problem sample for He-AAC

I did some test encodes with Nero He-AAC yesterday.

The appended file is the worst sounding encoded sample I found till now. Very obvious noise artifacts, unlistenable IMO. (Sounds like SBR goes wild.)

Included in ZIP-File (Original sample from CD and He-AAC sample).
