Winsock fix

I need to find a program to fix my Winsock thingy on my computer(Windows XP). I use Zone Alarm Suit and it wipes out the Winsock thing when it gets installed. I know there are alot of utilities/programs that will fix Winsock but they are all freeware and I am scared I might get one that could install also spyware. Is there a Winsock fix utility that is safe and can be trusted with no spyware and won't install any hacks?

Thanks,
-Darin

I have used [a href="http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm]lspfix[/url] many times and it's exactly what you're after. No spyware, ads, or anything.

I have a utility that Lavasoft distributed for free to fix the stack when one of their versions broke it.
I haven't seen it fail to restore a stack yet.
I can email it to someone, maybe host it on rarewares?
