applying EQ: any way to automate?

I have a few tracks in my archive that require a bit of f2k EQ to sound best when played back (they were ripped from various LPs).  Each track has a different  EQ setting that I've saved.  Is there a way to have the appropriate EQ setting file automatically opened and applied when the track is played back?

maybe it can't be helped.
you'll have to change EQ everytime you want to listen them.

or, re-encode them with that EQ applied.
