Just wondering which is the best sampling rate conveter,quality wise.

WTC
WAVEFS44
SCMPX

which one of these sample rate converters has the best conversion,also dithering

how does ATH noise shaping work in SSRC

For non arbitary samplerates SSRC is still supposed to be the most accurate AFAIK.
