Foobar database plugin crashing with rars

I was letting the database plugin scan my collection.  From what I saw, the database plugin was scanning a rar file with a cuesheet in it, without any of the files the cuesheet was pointing to.  Foobar closed immediatly, but it didn't leave any crash file.

Is this a bug?  If so is this the correct place to report one?

This is the contents of ths cuesheet:
