British Follow American Lead Again

From BBC article
Quote
The British Phonographic Industry (BPI) is to announce it is targeting "major uploaders" - those who make music available to share free with others...However, the legal action in the UK comes as the music industry reports sales of both CDs and singles in the country are recovering after years of decline.

I suppose it was ineveitable that the BPI would follow the American lead, it's like we Brit's have lost all ability to say 'No' to America
