MPEG Audio Collection equivalent in Linux?

I am a longtime user of MPEG Audio Collection.  I love it.  One day, I'd like to abandon Windows and use Debian exclusively.  I don't think MPEG Audio Collection is available on Linux.  Is there any Linux software out there that does the same thing?  I'm looking mainly for the ability to automatically scan CDRs and catalog audio files.  Does it work with Wine?
