Technically, these versions have been up for a little while, but we finally got the "Full install" version working again.

Only thing new in the GUI is a bit of extra code which should make double-byte character sets (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.) show up correctly.

In the back end, I fixed a bug that crept in at some point: the "Apply Constant Gain to only one channel" option got broken somewhere along the way. Now it's not broken any more.
