WinAmp MPC plugin & ReplayGain tags

The WinAmp in_mpc plugin will not read ReplayGain tag info that is copied by Tag.exe doing a "copy tag from source".  I would prefer to not have to re-ReplayGain my MPCs after having the values already computed for my FLACs.

Is there anyone who can fix this?  Is there a place to report this bug where it might be seen by someone who can do something about it?

Nothing seems wrong with the tags, since Foobar2000's MPC component does detect these copied ReplayGain values correctly.

A small side note: It is most likely that the ReplayGain values will be different anyhow. There is a slight difference between my APEs and MP3s, too.

Musepack supports ReplayGain natively and the Winamp MPC plugin reads the ReplayGain values from the Musepack header.

But the difference in RG values between a lossless file & a well-encoded MPC is so inconsequential that it surely falls well within ReplayGain's margin of error for the actual loudness.
