Streaming Floggy?

Sorry, I can't resisted asking this because low-bitrate streaming is one my my points of interest.

Are there any solutions to encode and stream live feeds as floggy?

[a href="http://www.icecast.org/]IceCast and Ices[/url] can be used to encode and stream vorbis. You may or may not need to do some mucking with the code to get ices to accept the '-2' extra-low-bandwidth setting of floggy.

ices 2 will submit the -2 quality to the vorbis lib it is linked with, so if that accepts the tuning then it should be fine.  Just don't forget that if you are using really low bitrates then the prebuffer on the player may need altering as it may takes ages to fill up.
