Audio data lost when using lame dll?

Hi, I downloaded lame 3.92 source code, and complied its example.dsw project and lame.dsw project.

Unfortunately, when I use example.exe to convert one wav file(25mins) to mp3, 3 seconds lost. But when I use lame.exe( --cbr -B 128) to convert it, no second lost.

Any ideas what it could be ?
