For free? No, I think they want you to prove them that you're deaf to bad music in order to get one, that's not easy.

LoL!!!! Its another scam to make us spend 55cents to send and entry to win an iPod!!! ($2.20 + 0.55c) * number of SMS = Profit for the company! Thats why they can give it away cause your paying for some of it!!!

I haven't won one and I think the chances are pretty slim.  But I found out my University is an authorised education institution with Apple so I can buy the 15 GB iPod for $403 ($449 RRP) which is pretty good.  So I'll wait to see if Steve Jobs announces anything on the 28th at WWDC and just buy the damn thing, rather than wasting money on sugared water
