how do you install EAC

EAC's download site is full of betas and prebetas. Apparently they haven't released anything yet; but a lot of people here seem to be using EAC. Are you using the betas? I downloaded the last beta, and running the exe file gave the error "WNASPI32.dll was not found". I found this dll somewhere on my computer and copied it to the directory. Then it gave an error saying some other dll is not found.
How do you run EAC?
