Decoding a corrupted APE file?

I have an ape file that's corrupted, it stops playing at 0:15, and verifying or decoding it with the Monkey's Audio program says it's got an invalid checksum. When I skip to 0:17, it plays through to the end fine. I'm wondering if it's possible to decode the whole file... (even though it has garbage from 0:15 to 0:17).

I believe that you can configure the winamp plugin to ignore errors and then use the diskwriter function to create a wav file.

Gah, I don't use Winamp anymore (use foobar2000 now)... Anyway, thanks, I'll try it.
