diskwriter - wma output

hi! i am using the special version of foobar v0.8.1.  i want to use the diskwriter component to convert my playlist to wma (v1/v2 44100Hz 128kbps stereo).  i need this crappy format for my custom xbox soundtrack. I did not find an appropriate output preset for WMA diskwriter output. So my question is: is WMA encoding possible using foobar only, or do i have to convert the files to WAV first and use a third party app for the WMA encoding (i currently use the shareware version of WMA studio)? please help!

Is there any way to get wmcmd.vbs off the web without downloading the whole encoder series?
