Partialy Downloaded Mp3 Files

i searched but i couldnt find anything, i guess this issue has been discussed allready (or maybe it hasnt because noone cares?  )
i find it rather annoying that foobar seams uncapable of playing back mp3 files that are still beeing downloaded (which is a problem that winamp doesnt have :/)
any hope for a change?
