How does one turn off email notification of posts after once setting it in motion?

I must be missing something horribly obvious.  But I looked thru that stuff and everything else I could think of before posting.  I still do not see some clear link to turn off email notification.

Sorry, in fact i might have a different menu under My Controls than you do. If you don't have a "Subscriptions" menu, disregard my post. Maybe that other tip helps.
