winLAME pre1 with 3.90.3 nLAME.dll?

Hello.

I just downloaded the latest version of winlame pre1 and then went to Rarewares to get the 3.90.3 version of nLAME.dll.  When I put it into the winlame directory and run winlame I get a message about "libmmdck.dll" not being in my path (this is in Win 2k).  When I hit "ok" the program still runs but doesn't have MP3 as a encoding option.  If I go back to the nLAME.dll that came with pre1 then it works fine.  Can anyone help me get 3.90.3 working?  Thanks.
