dynamic music stock on HDD

when i insert DVD/CD and play songs with foobar2k player, i would like it to automatically cache the files it plays into the hard disk (same as temporary internet files). (when i don't fully play the file it won't be cached). it will also optionally auto-cache whole directory when dropped to the player. (and after the specified time defined, e.g a week not accessed, it will be auto-deleted from the cache files directory)
this way, i won't need to insert disc every minute
and also the computer won't get overflowed with files,
but i will still be able to listen to new music everyday, not always the same stock, because it is dynamically treated.

also a history browsing feature will be great together with that one. (i know the current history plugin enables to move forward/backward, not to browse by date and location like in web browsers, e.g firefox)
