Images2Sound

Well, I know that there is tool MetaSynth that could convert images to sound (image represent spectral view of this sound), but is there something like this for PC?

Thanx, but this is not exactly what i need... The problem is that this convertor use log scale, and when I look at cool pro window, the picture I see isn't the picture I was using...
