Playback/Replaygain/Disabled

I have added Playback/Replaygain/Disabled and Playback/Replaygain/Album to my menu.

Under Preferences>Playback>Replaygain>Preamp I have :

with replaygain: +0 dB
without replaygain -12 dB.

When I select Playback/Replaygain/Disabled the -12 dB preamp is applied instead. This is unexpected behavior since tthe Preamp group box is inside the Replaygain group box.

If this behaviour is intended, please add a Disabled+PreampReset menu item.
