But I think that if the tools contains the feature that can download the tag information form the internet, which will be better.

Please have a look at this poll.

Your pool is missing some taggers which are widely used by HA's users (e.g. Case's Tag.exe and it's frontends or foobar2000's masstagger).

--alt-presets are there for a reason! These other switches DO NOT work better than it, trust me on this.
LAME + Joint Stereo doesn't destroy 'Stereo'

WavPack -c4.5hx6 (44100Hz & 48000Hz) ≈ 390 kbps + correction file
WavPack -c4hx6 (96000Hz) ≈ 768 kbps + correction file

For me, foobar2000 is the best tagger.  I just say masstagger and freedb masstagger are excellent.
KbSTE is also a good tagger for me BTW.

I was wondering if maybe someone should make a fixed poll, with commonly-used taggers, then put it as a sticky in off-topic or general or something. This poll comes up every couple months, so if it were somewhere easily seen maybe we'd get a little less spam.
