iBiquity broadcast digital radio compression

So starting today the digital radio broadcasts from local FM stations begins.  Surprised no one mentioned it.  Perhaps it has already been well discussed.

Anyway, it uses a Lucent PAC encoder.  And was wondering if anyone knows the bitrate, details of this version of the encoder, and what likely quality of it will be?

As for quality: Check Audioveda at ReallyRareWares. It's quite old, but should give you an idea of how ePac sounds.
