Audigy 2 NX can be standalone ?

Hi,

Can I'use Audigy 2 NX as a stanalone dolby digital decoder connecting it with my Creative inspire t5400 Speaker system and with my external DVD player thru digital audio out WITHOUT using USB connection with PC ?
I'd like to use Audigy 2 NX as an Extigy because it's difficult to find Extigy in shops.

Can you tell me about simple Dolby Digital decoders that only do the decoder work?
I only need a simple Dolby Digital decoder with 5.1 analog exits and coaxial or optic digital audio in. Can you suggest me products that accomplish  these requirements ?

Bye
Onafest.

No, Audigy 2 NX cannot be used as standalone unit, but Extigy can.
