mp4 to aac converter

I want to know is there any way to chang the header of mp4 to aac whithout re encoding it. I am having .mp4(he-aac) files which i want to convert to .aac(he aac)

My favourite tool for (de)muxing MP4s is mp4UI, which uses parts of  the MPEG4IP Project.

To extract an AAC track, lauch mp4UI, open your MP4, select the appropriate track under the "Audio" section, and click "Extract...". That's all there is to it.

It still dosent have he-aac support 
I wanted to convert because mp4(sbr) dosent seem to work on linux

EDIT: the bug seems to be in the winamp plugin the mp4UI software works fine
