Apps for background noise removal

Does anyone have a recommendation for removing background traffic noise and/or enhancing voices? I have several security camera (a cheap one) files in .avi and .mp4 formats that need the dialog cleaned up without the sound of cars distorting the conversation.
Thanks!

Traditional noise reduction works best when you have a slight-constant background noise...  when you don't REALLY need it.  :( And pros still record in soundproof studios because software can only do so-much.

Audacity has a new AI Noise Suppression Plug-in which I have not tried.   I suspect it's not "advanced AI" but that's just a guess.   But AI is advancing every day!

There is also something called "spectral editing".   I haven't used that either but it's usually "manual" and I don't have a lot of hope for that either with traffic noise.

Google Audio Magic Eraser might be useful, but I'm not sure if you need to have a Pixel 8 or above or can do it via Google Photos.
This video may give an idea what it can do. Separating speech seems to be something it does well, but I haven't played with it yet, although I have a Pixel 8a.
