How do I Announce my radio station to foobar2000?

i just made my own (free) radio station url on this website https://www.listen2myradio.com/ (it works from the url there when I'm streaming, and i don't plan to stream 24-7 but sometimes) streaming is done via winamp shoutcast plugin....
https://ramdisk.radio12345.com is the station url , but how do i announce it to foobar2000 so that its discoverable by search in the radio component?
I'm not too sure what foobar2k radio plugin components i need for that.
Any help please?
