FLAC (subset) file that ffmpeg (7.0, Windows) cannot decode

Use ffmpeg bug tracker, if they ever bother to look at this bug.

Fixed in librempeg, there is still bug somewhere where small files are not properly flushed inside parser.
Please remove my account from this forum.
