Incorrect duration for some MP3

For example 05.mp3 md5: 27e82791380ae388de2ff5859f149b10 [MOD edit: link removed] (file size is 74 606 524 byte, so I use external storage)
fb2k show and play duration 31:34, but in the other players (windows media, vlc, aimp) real duration is 1:17:43
Judging by the metadata, iTunes 12.2.1.16 was used for encoding.
Earlier on the forum there was a similar problem with AAC, which was fixed.

Try the "Utilities / Fix VBR MP3 header..." in the context menu of the track. It also works for CBR files and fixes the header, if necessary.

For this file, the fix vbr option fixes the duration.
