Library view scrolling

Hello,
I'm looking for some help with configuring my foobar, hope someone may be able to provide a solution I need.

Normally when my library view is full (I need to scroll to get to the bottom), the scrollig stops when I reach last line. You can see it in picture number 1. I would like to be able to scroll further, so I can move the last album on the list to the top of the view and see some empty space below. You can see what I would like to achieve in picture number 2. It would be more convenient to have last album at the top of the window during playback.

Is it possible to achieve this? I'm using Columns UI, if that matters.
