foobar installation and control with smartphone help

Hello everyone,  Bonjour à tous,

Thank you in advance for your guide.
I had foobar installed on my PC and controlled with my phone with the foobar2000 controller application.
I changed internet operator with a fiber connection and since then... I no longer have control with my phone.
Many attempts to try to find the solution but it's the same.
I uninstalled everything on PC and phone and reinstalled. It's the same.
I have the control server 1.1.5 component "foo server controlserver" installed.
but nothing works.
In "tools" I have access to a control server which offers me my IP and offers a server port 3333.
I tried another port...nothing.

I can not take it anymore.
Can someone help me with a step by step guide please.
