CUE sheet is corrupted and I have no idea why...

what exactly is wrong with this cuesheet? I have been scratching my head for a few hours to troubleshoot this or to find another cue sheet for this album, but no luck on either... the files are working perfectly just this cue is corrupt making it impossible to write a cd

here is another cue sheet I have which, is also corrupted... both sets of music files are playing just fine only their cue sheets are troubling me...

Those are Exact Audio Copy's non-compliant cue sheets. They don't follow the specs, so don't expect them to work anywhere but in EAC.

There are some applications (ImgBurn, Burrrn) that understand the non-compliant CUE intended to preserve gap information when ripping to individual tracks.
If your burning program does not understand the non-compliant CUE you can convert to Image+CUE in CUETools. The Index 00 gaps will be written to the new CUE.

The FILE command is intentionally placed after the INDEX 00 command to preserve gap information while still referencing the previous file.
If you move the FILE command above the INDEX 00 command then the INDEX 00 is not valid because the first INDEX command that follows a FILE command must start at 00:00:00.
