Convert from Foobar 32 bit to Foobar 64 bit

Hello,

What's the best way to convert form 32bit Foobar to 64bit?
How can I copy the layout and playlists?
I copied the 'playlists-v2.0' folder but that didn't do the trick.

Thanks for helping a not so tech-savvy person!

Portable version:
Backup old version, install new version on top of old one. Find x64 compatible versions of any third party component you had and want to retain.

Standard install:
If you are already on foobar2000 v2.0, backup %appdata%\foobar2000-v2. If you are on v1.x series, the configuration directory is different. No need to backup.
At this point I'd uninstall 32-bit version of foobar2000. It makes no sense to keep two installed variants, only one of them will work correctly. The uninstaller offers to remove configuration data, do not do so.
Install foobar2000 x64. If the existing foobar2000 was old v1.x version, you'll see a dialog asking whether to import old config or start fresh. Import old data.
If the 32-bit foobar2000 was already at version 2.0, the configuration gets used as is.
Find and install x64 supporting components.

If you have already done something weird manually, nuke the %appdata%\foobar2000-v2 dir and start fresh.

And that's how easy life can be. Thanks for the help!

I had the portable 2.0 32 bit and installed the 2.0 64 bit over it. Works great.
