xHE-AAC in android

I got foobar2000 to play xHE-AAC in windows by installing the fdkaac dll, but not android. Am I missing something?

I will only be using xHE-AAC  on android for audiobooks in the future, since I need a low bitrate, which is already hundreds of megs per book at sub 24 kps bitrates. .
