[2.0beta12][1.6.13] TRACKTOTAL tag is ignored on FLAC embedded CUE

Value of TRACKTOTAL tag is ignored and overrided by number of subsongs with FLAC embedded CUE.

with sample2.flac in sample.zip
foobar2000 2.0 beta 12:  TRACKTOTAL=2, but Total Tracks=3
foobar2000 1.6.13: TRACKTOTAL=2, but Total Tracks=3
foobar2000 1.5.4:  TRACKTOTAL=2, and Total Tracks=2

Not resolved also with foobar2000 2.0 beta 13.

With sample2.flac in samples.zip
foobar2000 2.0 beta 13:  TRACKTOTAL=2, but shows Total Tracks=3
foobar2000 2.0 beta 12:  TRACKTOTAL=2, but shows Total Tracks=3
foobar2000 1.6.13: TRACKTOTAL=2, but shows Total Tracks=3
foobar2000 1.6.6: TRACKTOTAL=2, but shows Total Tracks=3
foobar2000 1.6.5: TRACKTOTAL=2, and shows Total Tracks=2
foobar2000 1.5.4:  TRACKTOTAL=2, and shows Total Tracks=2

This problem had been caused by changes in 1.6.6.
