Inconsistent appearnce of Album List tree depending on OS and light/dark mode

Inconsistent appearance of Album List tree depending on OS and light/dark mode in foobar2000 v2.

Here is how it looks in windows 7 (default color settings for black theme in fb2k)


Windows 10 "light mode" (the same color settings for black theme in fb2k).


Windows 10 "dark mode".


Is it supposed to be this way?

Also, console UI element doesn't use color settings from theme when not in "dark mode".
