There's zephyrproject-rtos / liblc3codec, but I don't know how to encode wav files into lc3 and decode lc3 files to wav.

liblc3 is no longer premature, v1.02 is available now.

Hi All,
I'm trying to use the Google - liblc3 for an app I'm developing using python on windows, but just can't seem make it work. Have any of you done this?

I'm just hoping they can mandate a specific encoder and bitrate for all supporting devices this time around.
Not like with SBC and AAC where you never really know what you get, and can't even check _easily_
