Volume Fader | Slider

Hi!

I am new at this forum. I've just updated to the latest stable version (2.1.5) and I've noticed that the volume fader has gone.
I see there is a manual inc/dec pair of buttons, and it still works with the mouse wheel, but I would prefer to have the option of using the oldstyle fader (or slider).
Is there any way of enabling it again?

OK, I have found that when I play a file locally (through the headphones or through the computer's speakers) Foobar2000 shows the control that I was missing (the volume fader/slider), but when I play some audio files through the UPnP component, the it shows the "-+" volume buttons....
