View: Visualization, Peak Meter is floating, randomly disappears

I'm using FB 1.6.3. I prefer the menu version over the standard peak meter as it has decibel markings. My PC is always on, Foobar is always open. Often I'll turn the monitor on and the peak meter is gone. Foobar hasn't been closed or used. Any suggestions why the Peak Meter might close itself? Going back into the View settings and re-opening it works fine.

I found a way around it by making a completely new theme. The Peak Meter now has the decibel markings, and hasn't disappeared.
