Trying to setup Converter

This has probably been brought up before but...... I've installed components and am trying to setup the Converter page so that cd's I rip are displayed on the left side of the Foobar2000 application.
It is not working.  It seems to rip the cd but it doesn't show up in the list (All Music). 
Can someone show me how they have their Converter page setup?  Maybe I can see where my mistake is.

Whatever folder is the destination for your rips should be added to your Media Library monitored folders:
File > Preferences > Media Library > Music folders > Add
