WMP Tag Plus Flac Support not working since Windows 10 v2004 Upgrade in Windows

Following the instructions here: https://bmproductions.fixnum.org/wiki/FAQ_(WMP_Tag_Plus)
worked perfectly in previous versions of Windows 10 before the v2004 Upgrade. Now, when following these instructions, all Flac tags come up "Unknown Artist", "Unknown Song" etc. The native Windows Media Player Flac tagging is not the best, to say the least. Has anyone had any luck with v2004? Thanks in advance!
