apart from ogg, what other low bitrate codec are there that could complate with it??

aac, mp3pro, mp3 plusV ... they are probably a bit worse than OGG tho

What is low bitrate?

300 bps
1200 bps
9600 bps
24 kbps
64 kbps
128 kbps

The answer is different for these data rates.
What gadget should do the the decoding?

can be quite a low bitrate considering multichanel, 192KHz sampling, 24/32 bit etc. ...?

if you needvoice only you cna try acelpt.net acm codec

very good for 8 and 16kbits

what i mean is 64kbps.....

is ogg still the best?? aren't there any orternatives??
