Is it safe? Using Free Encoder Pack 2019-04-13.exe

Hi,

I have downloaded "Free Encoder Pack 2019-04-13.exe" then got warning from my anti virus software that says the file is infected by Trojan.
So that I uploaded it VirusTotal to scan it and got the result as bellow.

Bkav            HW32.Packed.
Jiangmin         Trojan.Waldek.fwo
McAfee-GW-Edition   BehavesLike.Win32.Browser.tc

Does anyone have the bad experience using "Free Encoder Pack 2019-04-13.exe" ?

It is safe and those detections are false positives. You can see those same false positives for pretty much everything created with NSIS installer.
