Update Library with a JScript button (To solve NAS monitor problem)

I've three folders for Lossies, Lossless and podcasts.

I need to right-click on each to get any added items to the Library imported.

Any way to add a JS button to ease this.

I'm on a 1GbE connection but soon to be upgrading to 10GbE. Maybe it's a latency thing that's causing this. I doubt it's foobar2000s problem going by what I've read but a script would be great.

Thanks.
