Columns UI Not Showing Album Art Tagged

Hello! I'd like some help. My album art used to appear just fine when I wasn't using columns UI, and just the default interface but now that I'm using Columns UI, it doesn't. To show the album art before, I had to have it show the icon of the album art, rather than the front or back cover, so I had that little check-box ticked.

Now I'm not sure how to make it show my album art. Do I have to re-tag all of the album arts to each file again as front or back cover to fix this? I hope not, providing that will take absolutely ages.
