Prevent reshuffle after manual track skip?

Is there any config or plugin or whatever to stop foobar from reshuffling the playlist when I manually a track?

There is a Preferences > Advanced > Playback > Shuffle > 'Reshuffle on manual track selection' (set it off) but not sure if it does what you want.

I also thought the same but that option doesn't do anything, I keep getting already played songs after skiping a track

Is it when you click next track (skipping a track), or when you pick a specific new track to play?
