support of artwork in shoutcast/icy-metadata streams?

Hi - fb2k obviously supports icy metadata like title and artist in shoutcast-like streams (eg radioparadise). But only the title and artist are updated, not the artwork. I know that radioparadise sends as well the url to the artwork image (w/o going too technical, it's StreamTitle='<title>-<artist>';StreamUrl='<artwork_url'> inserted in the stream). Is this on purpose or do I miss something?
