Convert FLAC to WMA?

Hi All

I'm new to the forums so hello to everyone.

I currently have a lot of music archived in FLAC format for home use over Sonos.

My car audio system however does not recognise FLAC but does like WMA.

Is there a way of using Foobar 2000 to convert FLAC files to WMA please?

I cannot find the encoder option in the menu or in the repository.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks

You do not specify whether you want WMA (lossy) or WMAL(ossless).
You should not hear the difference in a car, so the only good reason I could see to go for WMAL, would be to have another lossless backup. But if so, you cannot count on a device that supports "WMA" to support WMA Lossless.

(Is there any reason to go for WMA (lossy)? Yes there are a few car units that actually support WMA and not MP3. But apart from that, WMA is kinda dead.)
