Foobar2000 vs DTS Files (Conversion Issues)

:( Foobar2000 will not convert "DTS/WAV Files" into a "FLAC Files" during the conversion process; it does convert (so-to-speak) but all I get is continuous "white noise/static" when I attempt to play through Foobar2000.  How do I fix this?

NOTE: I was able to get a music software called "Total Audio MP3 Converter 3" to successfully convert DTS/WAV Files into FLAC Files.  But I prefer to use Foobar2000.

You need foo_input_dts to actually play DTS/WAV or DTS/FLAC files. You'll want to disable any ReplayGain, DSP, or post-processing in the converter.

But if I wish to convert DTS/WAV Files into FLAC Files without the continuous "white noise/static" that is playable on any system is that possible using the foobar2000 conversion process?  "Total Audio MP3 Converter 3" software was able to do that without the need to adjust/disable any of foobar2000 settings (Replay Gain, DSP, or Post-Processing settings). But I wish not to use "Total Audio MP3 Converter 3" for now.

You need the DTS decoder component kode54 linked. But to make pure FLAC files that do not require additional DTS decoding during playback "Enable decode postprocessing" must be active in converter settings.

Thanks "Case" that's what exactly looking for and to do.
